The Central Oregon Secure Firearm Storage project is not aiming to create mandates, restrict individual’s rights, or engage in any political action related to firearms.
Instead, COSPA and this project aims to work alongside firearm owners and their loved ones to increase education, awareness, and resources to lower our suicide rates by firearms.
